Due to the nature of crystal, each item's color andpattern will vary. Therefore, we do not offer refundsunless there is a major fault with your item.
If an item qualifies to be refunded, it will take usapproximately 10-14 days to process your refund.
Please note that all items must be returned to us intheir unused condition. All items must be returnedin the original packaging for us to process anexchange or refund. Any items that show signs ofwear and tear will be returned to the customer.

While we pack your crystals as safely and securelyas possible, we understand that unfortunately,accidents do happen. Please email us a photo ofyour damaged crystal within 50 hours of deliveryand we'll do our best to come up with a solution. Please keep in mind when purchasing: crystals arenaturalproducts,and some naturalimperfectionsare to be expected.
